Since these images are Forgotten Realms specific and not generic fantasy, creators can only distribute products using the graphics on DMsGuild. If they want to use these graphics in their adventures, they need to buy the raw image files which comes with a commercial license. That bundle is for DMsGuild creators who are creating DMsGuild adventures. If you don't need the stock art for creating DMsGuild products, then you don't need to buy the art. There's no text with the image sets - just the raw image files and a license.txt file. The bundle page should list each item contained with the bundle (unless you're on mobile device, then I recommend using Desktop mode to see the bundle page). The bundle contains the Player's Guide and all of the stock art - all meaning each individual set - Drow, Elves, Waterdeep, Ravens Bluff, Faerun settlements, and Others. Other Nobles, Clans, Dukes, Lords, Ladies.
